i've had a mk1 for a couple of years and love what it offers, but like mentioned before a lot of bugs which have been dismissed due to newer products, i also feel the OS on the products doesn't feel solid, xtreamer are a awful company to work with i have been banned from placing any future orders because i questioned the fact they wanted scanned copies of utility bills, awful customer service and i would advise to avoid at all costs January 25, 2012 - 09:14
I purchased SW2 and I was excited about its advertised features. Now, about 6 months after its release, they decided to "kill" it. We are left with a crappy player filled with bugs and when we protest in their forums we get banned. Xtreamer? Never again... January 23, 2012 - 13:48
Don't trust Xtreamer. They promise features and they never deliver. Search in various forums all over the internet. There are a lot of disappointed and furious customers out there... January 23, 2012 - 22:03
yeah i disagree about never delivering they have over promised in the past - but have ultimately delivered on most things i say this as a customer who has a mk1, etrayz and ultra and from a bang for buck point of view - i could not be happier with all of these products, 2 of which are over 2 years old now and still get daily use and have not missed a beat... but each to their own....
