QNAP NMP-1000
Another Sigma 8635 machine. This one is more attractive than some with sleek styling. The user interface is a big improvement compared to most other players. Specifications are good with eSATA and very comprehensive AV outputs. Format support is good, as it is with all the Sigma 8635 players, but no BD-ISO support. Supports Youtube, Bittorrent, and Flikr.

This is perhaps the best Sigma 8635 based player, albeit at a ridiculous price.

It's unfortunate that the chipset used is the Sigma 8635 as the QNAP is perhaps the best looking Media Player out there and has an impressive feature list. A 864x version of this would score highly (edit 08-Mar: An 864x version is on the way!..).

The unit responds very well to the remote control buttons (a failing in units I have had before) and I am very happy with it. I am looking to get a NAS fom QNAP to get more storage.
