For anyone who cares about it there seems to be a more recent firmware for the MS30 player:
The popp star website is crap however as you won't find any firmware links on the page and the ms30 is gone from the site also...

The "Firmware Update" link above is to the Ellion website, which I take it was unintended (unless you know something I don't ;-)).
