[size=15pt][color=red]For my surprise our Measy x7 2.2 andoird is not going to be up datable to android 2.3.it seems that needs some "soldering" to be fix.

MEASY is not fixing all the issues that we have already sent to them. [b]This is the second time and the LAST that i buy a product from MEASY[/b]. The support respond to you the first 2 times you send an email then it relay sucks.

They don't care about the client. it seems that they does not know enough to develop a device.

The SPECS that are posted are FAKE the cpu does not get to 1ghz it is scaled to 600mhz, and the memory only shows 198BM (they say it has 512). They can replay anything on this that am saying simply the device is not working as they sell it.

also i can believe how they can [b]show their face[/b] into CES 2012 if they provide this kind of support. in USA they make pay the company's that lies to their clients or does not provide the adequate support.

Only buy this product if the Sellers can validate that the devices has andoird 2.3 installed on it. if not DONT BUY IT

Dont buy this product it CANT be upgraded to Andorid 2.3. and they are not fixing the issues. it seems that to make the update to 2.3 we will need to do some soldering.

The only way to buy this product is if the releser offers you the device with firmware 2.3 only.

if not i dont recommend to buy this product.you will get disappointed with MEASY support.

1 - i did reflash my device with the latest version of the player that we have posted the v1110 (the one that has the market)

2 - rooted the device with z4root

3 - this step is to do it more easy. install Absolute system (this was already posted search and install)

4 - open absolute system

5 - click on build.prop editor

6 - click on backup build.prop (if is need to recover you can)

7 - scroll down untill you see the line : ro.build.fingerprint=something else.

8 - click in that line and edit it. put the following line (no spaces):

verizon/voles/sholes/sholes:2.1-update1/ESE81/29593:user/release-keys

9 - exit editing mode

10 - click in save

11 - reboot your device.

12 - register your account in google.

13 - access android market.

Actual issues that are not fixed yet. and it seams that will not be fixed are:

1 - the image goes out from the side of the tv in 720 and 1080 so the image is cut.

2 - ntfs partitios gets very easy corruped and files are not being shown until you run a chkdsk

3 - subtitles with special characters like á é í ó ! are shown with chinesse

4 - cpu is set to 600mhz not 1ghz as it is sold. you can root the device and make ti work at 800mhz

5 - memory shows 198mb and not 512mb as it is supposed to have.

6 - no android market installed. if you install it practically there are not aplications to download im talking about 10 20 in total.

7 - sometime frame skipping during the playback in the movies.

8 - no samba server installed.

9 - if you boot the device with a usb dongle udrive. the internal hd is mounted in different location as it was mounted las time.

10 - sometimes i did noticed audio skipping too in mp3 (somtimes)

11 - when watching pic with gallery are shown in extremly LOW QUAILY impossible to watch.

Here it is the latest (NO official rom) it is version 1110 its aversion newer that was never published. but is from measy.

basicaly thoes are the things that are not fixed and needs to be fix. the rest works more or less ok.

Dont buy it unless you are shure you get a device with andoird 2.3. devices with android 2.2 will no be compatible with future updates. (due soldering issues)
