Xtreamer iXtreamer
An Xtreamer with an iPod dock. The iPod dock is not a huge advance but if you have an iPod it does avoid device duplication. The other significant change from the original Xtreamer is the use of a 3.5" HDD. The user iinterface looks good and is a deaprture from the standard for a Realtek player. The same movie jukebox as was developed for the originally developed for Xtreamer mk1 is used.

The chipset used is the same 1283DD+ as the Xtreamer Sidewinder, so evolution not revolution. At €200 shipped it is priced at a level comparable players with more powerful chipsets.
