Ellion Labo 100 / 110 (also known as Hyundai M-Box Light HMB-L110)

Tiny Realtek 1073 player with an enhanced user interface including a media library. This page is about the 110 version, the 100 lacks networking.

In terms of hardware, the first thing you'll notice is the small size of this player, it is the smallest network enabled player currently available (all players ranked by size here). This small size results in some compromise in AV outputs, with TOSLINK and component missing. Otherwise the Labo is one of the better specified Realtek players, supporting DTS downmix but not yet BD-ISO.

The new interface is an improvement on the usual Realtek, being in HD with simpler layouts. Firmware updates have been coming regularly with the most recent being 2-Feb. Ellion have a good record of providing support for their players.

Overall the Labo is a good player with the big standout feature being it's tiny size. If you need portability combined with power then this is where it's at.
