Well, we don't quite know what to make of this player. Announced at CeBit in an even lower key way than the Asus HD2, it is not obvious how this player fits in with the rest of Asus's Media Player range.

Details are scarce, right down to the only photo being an indistinct snap taken at CeBit. The processor used is an ARM chip clocked at 800Mhz, making it one of the most powerful Media Players in terms of raw clock speed.

It is reported that a web browser will be inbuilt, suggesting a player more akin to a HTPC. Time will tell. More details please...
