ACRyan Fluxx
A big departure from ACRyan with their first non-Realtek based player. In specification terms it is very impressive, utilising the latest Intel CE4150 chipset (the same as Google TV) and delivering full 7.1 audio and wide format support.

The player can record from non-HDCP HDMI (so a camcorder but not TV / Blu-Ray) and will have DVB-T in Europe.

This box is the meanest box it's category utilizing full capabilities of it's motherboard and processor. I already have a PlayOn HD and I am loving it.

If this is a Google TV clone, then I hope ACRyan outsource the firmware engineering to Google. Otherwise this box is destined for failure, in terms of what it won't deliver. If ACRyan want contented customers then they'll hire some real software engineers and not the teenage hobbyists they obviously currently employ to write the bug-ridden clunk.
